A newly published research report on the 3D scanner market indicates that the market will grow to $5.9B by 2023.  We think they missed the point on how 3D scanning can also be applied for content creation for digital animation and AR/VR.  We believe the market can grow further than below when captured 3D data   is also applied to the digital world.   Furthermore, HP 3D scanners are a good low-cost alternative to high  end laser 3D scanners.
