Accuracy is measured according to VDI/VDE 2634 standards.
Test Method: The reference object (a set of certificated ceramic ball bar) is scanned in suggested 7 different positions according to 2634 Part 3 standards, and measured sphere spacing error, which defines the length in between the centers of two spheres and compares it to the calibrated length, in order to define the deviation.
