eviXScan blue LED structured light 3D scanners Quadro+ and Optima+M are high accuracy industrial grade 3D scanners by Evatronix. VDI/VDE certified, eviXscan 3D Quadro+ achieves an accuracy of 0.007mm. The 3D scanners can also scan with multiple exposure settings in one go, instead of having to re-scan with a different exposure for the parts you missed thus efficiently capturing details of complex objects every time you scan. eviXscan 3D scanners can be utilized for quality control, reverse engineering and rapid prototyping. Geomagic software bundles (Contol X & Design X) are also available to provide a full end to end solution to ensure your 3D scans can be fully utilized. |

eviXscan3D Quadro+eviXscan3D Quadro+ is an industrial grade, high precision 3D scanner that can scan both small and large objects without recalibrating. Housing two 12 megapixel cameras for the inner range and 9 megapixel cameras for the outer range, it can combine scans from both ranges into 1 scan with the software.
With an accuracy of up to 0.007mm, the high-powered blue LED light projecter illuminates the object effectivly allowing to scan even very dark objects. The minimum scan time is 1.2 seconds/scan. With the new vacuum cast casing, which makes it significantly lighter than the aluminum housing of the previous model, the 3D scanner is designed to work with robots and cobots as well. |
eviXscan3D Optima+MeviXscan3D Optima+M is for customers who require a high accuracy 3D scanner at an affordble price. Can be utilized for reverse engineering , contactless quality control and fast prototyping of medium size objects.
Equipped with two high quality 7 megapixels cameras, a blue LED light source, it achieves a high accuracy measurement of up to 0.009 mm, high point density of 117pt/mm² and fast scan speed of 1.2 seconds per scan. Optimal for objects from 7cm up to 1m in size. |

eviXmaticeviXmatic is a docking station for the eviXscan3D Quadro & Optima 3D scanners that allows repetitive, fast and precise measurement and quality inspection to be automated. This four-axis 3D scanning system enables measuring and quality inspection of variable parts with minimal operator involvement. Integration with Geomagic Control X enables fully automated generation of inspection reports as well. It is also possible to simultaneously scan several small objects in a single scan run.

Applications
Reverse Engineering
Triangle mesh imitates the surface allowing to create a CAD model of the object. This allows the development of technical documentation of the scanned item. Arisen CAD model can be used for the production of a substitute or as a starting point for the design of new parts. |
Inspection
Scanned product is compared with the reference CAD model by the creation of a colour deviations map. It allows precise verification of the executive drawing and measurements of elements difficult to measure with other methods. |

Evatronix was established in 1991 and has been a value added reseller of CAD and EDA tools in Poland.
The company continues to run VAR business as Autodesk Gold Partner and Pulsonix PCB design tools distributor in Poland.
